Our online inventory is accurate. If your item is not visible or your size is not listed in the size select, we do not have it at this time. Please check back.

How often do you restock items?

Always check back with us if we don’t have your size in stock today. We restock every week.

What country is your size chart based on?

Shoe sizes on FACTORY 413 are U.S. Mens unless otherwise noted. Please refer to our Shoe Size Conversion chart. This chart also converts women’s to men’ sizes as well.

Can I distribute your products?

FACTORY 413 does not accept dealer inquiries. Please visit One Distribution.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at FACTORY 413 without creating an account. However, registering will allow you to:

  • Review past purchases.
  • Shop without entering your address details.
  • Manage your address profiles.

I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it. If you want to change your username, you can do that too, but you must know your original username and Sign In first.

Why does my card appear to be charged more than once?

It’s important to note that a transaction declined for AVS or CCV within the Authorize.Net system has still been approved by your card issuing bank and the requested funds will be placed on hold, thereby reducing your cards available credit. This is not an actual charge to your credit card and the bank will release the funds back to your card after the authorization expires (between two weeks and a month depending on the credit card issuing bank). If requested, a hold can potentially be voided by contacting your credit card issuing bank.

What payment methods does FACTORY 413 accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners/CB, JCB and American Express. We do not accept any other methods of payment.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at FACTORY 413?

FACTORY413.com uses the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information on our dedicated servers. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by GeoTrust and Authorize.net. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

Which countries does FACTORY 413 ship to?

FACTORY 413 currently ships to most countries in the world, but reserves the right to void any order that it deems suspicious. If you don’t see your country in the checkout, we voted to exclude it.

Does FACTORY 413 ship to Post Office boxes or Military APO’s?

No.

Does FACTORY 413 ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from FACTORY 413 to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received, if you have given us your correct email address and you don’t have some filters in place that will potentially stop you from receiving it.

Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. Until that time your card is just pre-authorized and pending review, which means it has been deemed a valid card and has passed rudimentary fraud detection procedures. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and an tracking number. Additionally, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by submitting the Return Authorization Request.

Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the item originally ordered. Please specify the size required when requesting your Return Authorization. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a completely new item, you will need to return it and place a new order.

Please note that items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. In addition, shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

Will the full value of my order be included in an exchange?

All correctly returned products will be credited to the purchaser’s account, and will exclude any shipping costs.

If your order has been sent to a destination within California, all sales taxes will be credited.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that all the information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

To register at FACTORY 413, we will need to know your email address. To process credit card orders online we also require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. FACTORY 413 only keeps a record of your transactions; your credit card details are not stored on our servers.
